If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method

Replacement:
If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
